Today, he focuses on strengthening relationships, mentoring men, and supporting families with tools to build healthy, lasting bonds. A devoted husband, father of four, and church Deacon, Reese believes in inspiring hope at every encounter.

VaLisa Palmer is the co-founder of Anchor Family & Community Services and a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. She is passionate about empowering women, couples, and families to discover purpose, healing, and resilience through faith and evidence-based care. Together with Reese, she has also served as a therapeutic foster parent, nurturing children in need of stability and love. A wife, mother, mentor, and encourager, VaLisa integrates biblical truth and practical guidance to help people flourish in God’s calling.
